Go to Castle Hill Avenue and turn left. Go to St. Raymond Avenue and turn left 1 block to Purdy Street. Turn right on Purdy Street to the school gym on the left.
From Manhattan: Take Cross-Bronx Expressway going east. Take Exit 5B (Castle Hill Ave.). Turn left onto Castle Hill Avenue and go half mile to St. Raymond Avenue. Turn left on St. Raymond Avenue. Go 1 block to Purdy Street and turn right. School gym is on the left. From Brooklyn: Take the BQE to the Grand Central Parkway toward the Whitestone Expressway. Then follow the directions from Long Island above after crossing the Bronx- Whitestone Bridge.

Take West Fordham Road east to Jerome Avenue. Turn left at Jerome Avenue to Bedford Park Boulevard. Turn left at Bedford Park Boulevard. The campus will be on your left after you cross the bridge.
From Long Island: Take the Bronx-Whitestone Bridge and get onto the Westbound Cross-Bronx Expressway. Take exit 4B to the Bronx River Parkway North. Take the Bronx River Parkway to Exit 8W (Dr. Theodore Kazimiroff Boulevard). Take Kazimiroff Boulevard and make a slight right onto Bedford Park Boulevard East. Take Bedford Park Boulevard (you’ll be going west) to the campus, which will be on the left after you cross the bridge.

From the Queensborough (59th Street) Bridge: Get on the upper level going to Queens. Take the 21st Street exit on the right. At the light, take a right onto 21st Street. Proceed north to 30th Road. The club will be on the right.
From Long Island: Long Island Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway Get off at the last exit before the Triborough Bridge, which is 31st Street and Hoyt Avenue. Proceed west on Hoyt to 21st Street. Go left on 21st to 30th Road. The club will be on the left.

Immediately after the first traffic light, make the left turn into the park. The gym is located in the building at the end of the driveway. There is a parking lot to the right of the building.
