- Friday, February 17 - At 6:00pm, the Fighting Finest will be putting on the Bronx Brawl at Mt. Saint Michaels Academy, 4300 Murdoch Avenue, Bronx, NY 10466. Weigh ins will be at 4pm.
- Monday, March 5 - Bodyshots Boxing is sponsoring an event, Long Island's Fight for Charity at the Hilton Long Island Hotel, 598 Broadhollow Rd., Melville, NY 11795. Weigh-ins begin at 4:00pm, boxing begins at 6:30pm. Bouts will be open to Seniors and Masters. For more information, contact Nancy Cohen at ncohen@familyres.org.
- Saturday, April 21 - Gleason's Gym will be holding an event, at the gym, 77 Front Street, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Gleason's Annual All FEMALE Amateur Boxing Show. First bout will be at 6pm with a 4pm weigh in. Females only. Please contact Angela Querol at gleasons75@aol.com for details or to match your boxers.
- Friday, June 1 and Saturday, June 2 - Gleason's Gym will be holding an event, at the gym, 77 Front Street, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Gleason's Annual Masters Tournament. - Friday and Saturday, June 29 and June 30 - Mike Carryl Boxing will be sponsoring Varsity Boxing at Gleason's Gym, 77 Front Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. - Thursday, August 9 - Sunday, August 12 - Health & Wellness Center - Mike Carryl Boxing will be sponsoring the Seventh Annual Long Island Amateur Boxing Championships, at Gleason's Gym, 77 Front St., Brooklyn, NY 11201. Thursday through Saturday's weigh-ins will begin at 5:30pm, boxing begins at 7:30pm. Sunday weigh-ins begin at 2:00pm, boxing begins at 4:00pm. - Friday, August 31 - Saturday, September 15 - World Wide Boxing presents The Pure Breed Boxer Tournament at 7pm. It is strongly recommended that EMTs are present at all sanctioned shows.
All sanctioned shows must have barriers around the ring to protect athletes and officials.
It is recommended that security staff be present at all shows.
All fliers and posters for an event must state: "Sanctioned by USA Boxing, Metro."
